Can a movie save the world? Not necessarily… but they can certainly give you some insight as to how we should treat our planet. Here at Whole Earth Packaging, we have the eco friendly and biodegradable supplies you need to help make the world a better place. If you need a little bit of insight and motivation, you should check out some of these great Earth-friendly movies, too.

Earth-Friendly Movies
Wall-E – After mankind has used up the Earth’s resources, it’s up to Wall-E (an adorable robot) to convince the human race to return to the planet and begin re-cultivating it.
Ponyo – This movie is based on The Little Mermaid. It’s about the daughter of a sea goddess and an alchemist who begins her life as a fish-girl. She’s found washed ashore by a five-year-old boy who lives by the sea. It reminds everyone how valuable the world’s creatures are.
Erin Brokovich – It’s a true rags-to-riches story about a legal aide that discovers a company is illegally dumping toxic waste and contaminating nearby residents. It teaches us that you can make a difference no matter who you are.
The Day After Tomorrow – Global warming has caught up with the Earth, and we see some devastating consequences.
March of the Penguins – These penguins teach us how animals can be so human-like. It’s enough to make you want to change the world.

What are your favorite eco friendly movies?
