We talked about Mother Earth for quite some time around Earth Day and Mother’s Day.

But what about dads? They bring us a ton of inspiration, motivation, and humor. We can’t just forget about them. So we scoured the internet (and asked a few of our friends) to find some of the best and funniest “dad quotes.”

Stuff my Dad Says from Whole Earth Packaging
• “I can’t see in the dark with all the lights!”
• “Are you on the computer? Can you help me set up one of those face spaces?”
• “Can I have a fork and knife? Yes, it’s for the sushi. Why? Is that not cool?”
• “What’s a tankini?”

What a great dad!
One of our friends had a daughter going off to college. She was taking the old family car, so her dad loaded the trunk with soft-drink bottles filled with oil, coolant, and transmission fluid. One day, her car overheated while she was away. She hadn’t listened to her dad when he explained what to do. But once she opened the hood, she saw that her dad knew her all too well. The oil cap was labeled “Dr. Pepper,” the transmission stick was labeled “Coke,” and the empty coolant container was labeled “Diet Pepsi.” The things dads will do!
